Booking Policy

AC | Ever After Films - Weddings


Scheduling & Appointments
  • All bookings must be made at least 3 months in advance.
  • Appointments are subject to availability and are confirmed only after receiving a booking confirmation email.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
  • Cancellations are not permitted.
  • Rescheduling is allowed up to 30 days before the scheduled appointment without penalty.
  • Changes after may be subject to a rescheduling fee.

Payment & Fees
  • Full payment is required before or at the time of the appointment unless otherwise arranged.
  • Payments can be made via credit card, e-transfer, or other approved payment methods.
  • Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

Property Preparation
  • It is the client’s responsibility to ensure the property is clean and staged before the scheduled appointment.
  • Any delays due to property unpreparedness may result in additional fees or reduced shooting time.
  • If the property is inaccessible upon arrival, the appointment will be treated as a cancellation, and fees will apply.

Weather Policy
  • In cases of extreme weather conditions (heavy rain, storms, strong winds), the appointment may need to be rescheduled at no additional cost.
  • Light rain or overcast weather does not qualify for automatic rescheduling unless it significantly impacts the quality of the shoot.
  • Appointments impacted due to road conditions such as road closures due to weather may be rescheduled at no additional cost.  

Travel Fees
  • A travel fee may apply for properties outside of Sault Ste. Marie, Heyden, Goulais River, Garden River, and Echo Bay area.
  • Any travel-related costs, including flights, accommodations, and meals, are the responsibility of the client.

Rights & Usage
  • The videographer retains copyright of all images and videos.
  • Clients are granted a non-exclusive license for personal use.
  • Videos may not be altered or resold without written permission.

Turnaround Time
  • Video and drone footage turnaround time will be provided at the time of booking.
  • Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee.
